Ok, so I finally decided to post hear occasionally. As there seems to be a lot more activity than there use to be.

Now how do get the bbs to stay "active" for me. When I log on and am reading, when go to "new post" sometimes it tells me there are no new post when there were just numerous ones that I had yet to read. Its like I log out and back on. In the welcome box it says something like I last visited 2 minutes ago, I have gone anywhere.

And BTW if I break any rules just let me know.

Doug, welcome....you broke the rules.LOL

You just need to change signature to include a web address or telephone number.

We just like to know who you are, in the past we have had to many problems with false id.

Please understand that we want you here but we want real business people and knowing your are will be better recieved.

doug as new administrator that is something that I was going to address with Mike , I will post the change as I receive it , however if you click on it when you first arrive it does list them all but it seems that after you read one they vanish ! I will look into it .

Its a setting on your end, Mike can help you but its a default setting. Its just different than TGS or PT. actually they all three are set different.

I like TGS setting, maybe you can hit Beth up on her offer.

Doug this is a feature that is nice. its offered when you loose the new post button. its brings them back in order. Its something Grant put in place and i believe many of our users actually like it.

Was the comment about the settings directed at me or Russ? If me, what/where is this setting?

Is the sig requirement a web site, or e-mail address ? I assume I'm good if its e-mail address.

I normally check out PTS, TGS, Delco, PWN. Because of all the bickering that has happened on the boards, I usually limit my post to equipment type questions.
