Question about a washer

Hello everyone, I have been doing research for what seems like forever on the pressure washing business and have finally come to the right time to dive in. I have been back and forth a million times on which unit to buy, when I came across this. http://shop.powerwashstore.com/Pro-Series-803500-Honda-VB8035HAEA306-VB8035HAEA306.htm (for those of you who don't visit the website I will post the specs and price below.) What concerns me is this unit seems to be under priced, which is what caught my attention. What are your thoughts? Has anyone bought from this site before? Would you buy it? I may be missing something obvious which is why I figured I would ask some pros. Thanks for looking and I appreciate any feedback. Unit Specs:
