Questions about bidding a 70,000 sq/ft metal building

I am in the process of bidding a 70,000 sq/ft building. They want the roof and 2 sides cleaned. It is a white metal building that has extreme mildew and mold buildup. There is nearly no pitch to the roof and the side walls are only 12'. I'm curious about what price most of you would give per sq/ft and what chemicals you would use to kill the mildew. I am running a diesel hot water unit and have access to another.

$1,000.00 a day and I would use 12.5% sh to kill the mold. Watch out for that wet metal roof .

If its colored and or oxidized I would not consider it. I don't even give estimates on metal.

The building is white metal doesn't look to have any rust spots. The dimensions are 340'x200' 12' side walls and 16' at the peak. Has anyone tried a surface cleaner on a metal roof.

Does 12 cents a sq/ft for side walls and 18 cents for the roof seem reasonable?
