Recommendation for stain removal - store front and patio cleaning.

This place is asking me to give them a quote today. Pased by there last night and their side walks looked pretty bad. Any idea on what the cause of this staining is and how to remove it? My first thoughts were SH, ECB, and Hot water but wanted to run it by you guys cause i'm not 100%

Restaurant / Bar / Strip club:)lol:)
Hasn't been cleaned in 5 years
outdoor seating
north facing sidewalks
