Removal of anti-graffiti coating

Hi

Don't know if anybody has come across this before but I have been asked by a client to remove an anti-graffiti coating from a wall. Any ideas?

Is it a sacrificial coating? Usually just a hot power wash will remove it. It is designed to be easily removable.

Yep...hot water. Curious though as to why they want it removed.

The surface coating needed removing because the paint underneath was not I spec
