Residential Driveways

I dont know how to do a poll here, but have a questions. When cleaning a driveway, do you usually OX it as well or just clean and go? I'm not talking about rust or anything, just mold, mildew and dirt.

For the average driveway I run about 3 gallons of straight 12% bleach and about 16 ounces of sodium hydroxide w/surfactant through my 20% General Hi-draw chemical injector.

Comes out of the wand about 2%. After soaking the driveway thoroughly, I turn the machine off, take the injector off, and use a Maxima 36" surface cleaner with a 20hp 8gpm + 13hp 5gpm w/ a high pressure T to push 13gpm 3500psi total.

It is like mowing your grass it's so fast. Comes out much cleaner and faster with chemical. You don't have to double back or move super slow, you can actually walk behind it.

Greensboro? I was born and raised in Greensboro. Graduated from NE Guilford.

I use SH and SH as well. Then use the surface cleaner. Questions is, does OX Brighten a driveway or is it just used for removing rust stains.

Cool. What made you move to Kentucky? Winters in Greensboro are pretty slow. It's a lot colder up there, is it slow this time of year for you too?

Not a single call since 12-20. This week, 4 jobs, weird!

All my family is still there in G'boro, I just moved cause I got bored I guess.

Ox is really not for cleaning. It does work great at brightening concrete, but usually isnt needed after a cleaning w/ no rust. I have run into older concrete and it really hasnt even really brightened it. Concrete with exposed stone doesnt always brighten that well or it looks strange the concrete is bright and the stone isnt
