So about a 8 months ago, GlassRenu and WCR teamed up and did a whole video series called Restoration Revolution where we go over all aspects of glass restoration and what it entales. Watching this video series is going to jump start you and your business into a market you may not have known existed. Glass is everywhere around us, it is going to get scratched at some point during its lifespan no matter what we do. Just because it gets scratched does not mean it has to stay that way forever. good info Cole. I'm looking forward to seeing it work on pool water stains.

Do you have any luck polishing out "smoked" glass. Like when the tin side is out and it is cleaned with CC -550 (hydrofloric acid)?

Our system will take out the tin etched glass you described above no problem. We have users who work on large ships taking this type of damage off glass all the time from the brass cleaners they use on the window hardware. Stains from pool water are REALLY easy to get off the glass with our system, most times you just need to polish them off without having to grind the glass.

Ive never been interested in cleaning windows, but this looks like something I may explore. Never thought of fixing the glass.

Scott it is a great service to get into. The fact is that if you call any glass shop in just about any town, or talk to window cleaners (who haven't heard of GlassRenu) and ask them what can be done about scratched glass they are going to tell you there are 2 options. 1) Replace the glass or 2) learn to live with the damage. When they see our system in action it is like watching someone experience indoor plumbing for the first time. The service has a great WOW factor. Chris - I do not have a video of pool tile right now but it may be something simple enough for our polishing pad to remove if you are talking about hard water staining. Tell me more about the pool tiles you are coming across. If you can grab a picture of the tiles that would really help as well!
