Roof and house washing equipment?

Looking to get started in the business. Everyone has their own opinions here. Just trying to figure out the best route to go? Looking to start out mainly focusing on roof washing and house washing. But would also like to offer aggregate surface cleaning as well. I've seen some guys use a 8gpm pressure washer and turn it down to 100 psi. Which is about what you're doing with a 12volt fatboy. Just not sure if you can get the right ratio of roof mix? I've seen it work on the siding but that is a weaker mix. The Pressure washer route seems ideal? Less Equipment? What does everyone think?
 
Scrap the whole idea of roof cleaning with a PW in any manner. Plan on getting a 12V or an air system for roof cleaning. Trying to re-purpose tools and/or equipment is ok sometimes,.. but this idea will put you behind right away.

Like I said. Everyone holds their own opinion. I was leaning towards a fatboy setup. Just thought I would throw it out there. So thank you for the response everyone. All this info can be a lot to take in. And Connor will do!
 
Generation 3 or Bandit Fatboy? I really like the idea of the dual pumps in the Generation 3. Or Piece together my own?
