Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing Dunedin Florida

OK! This was one long day but we got it all done. Non Pressure Roof Clean on a Flat Concrete Tile Roof. Pressure Washing of their Circular Concrete Driveway, Soft Wash Exterior House Washing, Pool Deck and Screen Lanai Enclosure Cleaning and a Wood Deck. There, that about covers it. I'll throw up some before pics and then some of the afters.

Here are a couple more of after pics. It was getting darker when these were taken and most everything was still wet. I'de love to get a few afters after all this dries and the Roof gets rinsed by a good rain or two.

Thanks! All I used on the Wood Deck was a DS'ed mix of 12.5%, Dawn and some Sodium Hydroxide. It was pretty nasty so we let it dwell for about 45min before we started Washing it.

David, most of that wall surrounding the Pool Deck area now needs to be painted as well as the Pool Deck itself. Most of the House could use a paint job also as it was pretty well covered with Black Mold before we started. This lady isn't wasting any time either. She has already contacted one of the Painting Contractors that I network with for a price on Painting. Here is what the Pool Deck looked like after we Cleaned it and a picture of one side of the House. There is only so much that pressure Washing will do. If there is no Paint left under the mold well,,,,,then there is just no Paint left.

No I used the Whirl Away on that one only because I didn't have the Hamerhead with me yesterday. That Concrete Driveway was NASTY but the Whirl Away did a great job since I changed out the tips and put in 1502's like what I have in the HH.

I actually had to do something that I've only had to do a couple of times in my career. Once I saw the condition the property was in and the amount of detail to the Wood Deck, I had to bump the price up another $250.00. I wasn't sure if she was going to give us the Ok at that point cause there was already a comma in the bill to begin with. However we also Washed the whole House which was not in the original plan. Originally she only wanted the front of the House Washed. She was a Happy Homeowner when we were done though! :thumbup2:
