I don't see many pics from sunny Miami, so here some for those in the cold :) It might warm you little :)..

I prefer the ground guy to water the plants and the grass with 040 tip with the pressure washer. That way he can cover a lot more than regular garden hose sprayer and also stays out of the chlorine.

Are you using the new Hang Tite from Lori?
 
That has got to be my all time favorite style of Tile Roof to Clean. Normally they are never slippery, Easy to walk and the color Cleans up great. Good job Dimitar. :thumbup2:

We don't have to clean our roofs out here. We have concrete roof tiles. Is there any kind if paint I can use to change the color of these tiles that will stand up to the heat (155+) and the sun out here?

Our house is blue/gray now and we intended on changing the tiles to dark gray.

Hey Lori,

I use Photoshop to make transparent (PNG) text images. I also add some effects on them to look cooler. After the water mark is made, I use other software to put it on the images that I want to protect or just for advertising purposes. Such user friendly software is FastStone which is even free.


Btw, I am almost done with the Roof Cleaning website. What's left is a little more content and to upload over 50 high quality, specially made and selected, effectively looking images into gallery section. None of them has been photoshoped - pure effect. I have spent a lot of time on the roofs and in front of my PC in order to achieve the pure effect I want. It is slow and annoying process :).. I hope it's worth it :))..
