It's just dead algae. One good rainfall and it'll look like new.

Like Doug said a good rain and it will look great. Then take a pic after the rain.

The roof is just wet. It could be the angle.

I dont leave my roofs like that there is still streaks in it.I would never ask a customer to pay with a look like that.Beef the mix up add some goodies to it and get them clean before you leave.Is there a Pawleys island roof cleaning in your area aplus

Hal, I'm not going to argue with you. You always come off as a know it all and a my way or the highway guy.

That roof is clean. Plain and simple.

I've done it on quite a few. Customers understand and are more than happy to wait for the rain. Especially after it has been properly explained to them why. Funny thing is most don't even notice it and say "what brown spots"?

Aplus i really dont want to come across that way and sorry if i did.The problem i ran into when i started cleaning them you can explain to the customer till you are blue in the face and they probably understand.However when you leave the job like that and it might be 2 days or so with no rain and you have your signage in there yard with your business name an number people ride by and see the roof still stained,untill the rain rinses.You dont have a chance to explain something to somebody that doesnt contact you because of the results they see hope you understand.

Its a prefrance for the contractor. If i was to wait for rain i woud charge less. rinse down takes time and more money.

I agree with Doug! One good rain wash will do the trick. I see that all the time on shingle after it's been soft wash.. I wouldn't stress it, you did a great job!
