Roof Cleaning in Phoenix

I cleaned this roof in north Phoenix today while it was raining. We don't need chemicals to clean roofs in Phoenix. This is our 11th roof this year. The other ten were pigeon waste removals. This customer is re-foaming his roof and needed it cleaned first. Took a little over an hour for $225.00. What is the going rate for roofs in other states? How do you charge?

Looks good. Not to much in the way of roof cleaning in the palm springs area either. How did you get the pigeon removal jobs? I was thinking of meeting with all the pest control companies out here to see if they would be interested in sub out my services. Just a thought.

Between me, you, and the board...Get in with home inspectors. When people are buying or selling a house they need it inspected. Bird waste out here is a major problem...I passed out my info to a bunch or inspectors and they call me from time to time. You can't sell a house with 3 inches of bird waste around the air conditioning unit! I have also received calls from air conditioning companies in the area. They won't do the work with excessive amounts of bird waste. I wear a mask and gloves. Pigeon waste is very bad for you! You should never breathe it in. Wear a mask and gloves.
 
One of my Cousins who lives in Atlanta, GA had to have surgery on his lungs because of breathing the pooh for a few years. He almost died and now has a huge scar around his side from the operation.

Anything commercial as long Maint contract ill take. Turning away even commercial one hitters
