Man I can never figure out why ALL homeowners dont have their dirty roofs cleaned. I dont care if they think its a little expensive (which it really isnt at all) Look at the before & after who wouldnt rather want a clean roof than that dirty one.. Its short money I think and it last 2-3 years and sometimes longer

I did a small one yesterday that the roof was replaced on 4 years ago. Wasn't that bad but enough that the owner wanted it cleaned. Tells me we will have plenty of work ahead of us. I thought they added chems to stop algae recently. The newer the roofs are the more likely they will clean them. Roofers are still telling owners with 10-15 yr old roofs they need replaced. Even ones with 25yr shingles.
How long before Lou gets the speckled thing going on with those shorts?
