Roof Cleaning Tarpon Springs Florida!

Here is another Tile Roof Cleaning we completed in Tarpon Springs Florida yesterday. This House was over 7000sq ft and had a footprint of just over 5300square feet. We also cleaned the Tile Roofs over 2 Utility Sheds on the North side of the House and a Cabana that was also covered with a Tile Roof. Here are a few pictures that were taken during the Cleaning. Unfortunately some of the after pictures came out a little dark as we spent the entire day there and the Sun was setting when we were leaving. We also Cleaned the Concrete Driveway and Sidewalks, Their 2 story Pool Cage, their Pavered Pool Deck and did a complete Soft Wash Exterior Cleaning on the entire House. They were very pleased with the outcome of the job, especially the Tile Roof Cleaning. Hopefully this job gets us more jobs in this Tarpon Springs Homeowner Association.

Thanks Chris. We've been lucky here lately. After a scorching and very humid summer it has finally cooled off a bit. High 60's- 70's at night and in the low to mid 80's during the day. The best part is that the dew points and humidity have dropped considerably. Of course that also means a lack of rain. It hasn't really rained much at all here in about 2-3 weeks but it does make life a bit easier when we are loaded up with Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning jobs and we are not drained by 11:00am from the heat and humidity.

How large is that Home Larry? You do some of the largest residential roof Cleaning Job I have seen.

This one was just a bit over 7000sq ft. I think the largest residential roof cleaning that we have done was right around 11,000sq ft. Now that was a big house. That one had a boat house and a 2 story pool enclosure with a bath house. NICE!!!!
