Hello all!
Is there anyone in the Southeast with a business in the Panhandle of Florida? I've been thinking this might be a good place to start one, but I fear that the area might be saturated with business already. According to the research I've done that doesn't appear to be the case though- which in itself makes me wonder if a market exists.
I'm currently working as a pilot, but want to get out of aviation and work for myself. I pressure cleaned and painted all through college. It would seem that this is a growth industry- and after reading these forums it appears that everyone is very happy (not the case with aviation these days). I have a marketing plan & strategy in place- now I just need to find a location where I wouldn't mind living -for a long time
