Rust? on stucco?

It all depends on the building, what is on the surface,etc... Why not just use what they want, put that into the cost, no big deal.

Chemicals are what make you money and are part of doing business.

What if something happened and they found out that you did not use the right chemical that they demanded you use? You have a good attorney? Do you like working and not getting paid?

When the job is a pita, charge accordingly.

We did it at the roundtable with safe restore. That stuff is a little expensive, but the building looked like brand new!!

Does look great! Good job Tony! (And Chris too...hahahahaha...I believe I saw him on the lift. Not sure who the third person was. I don't get that familiar with too many people's backsides! LOL)
