I haven;t ever had to remove this stuff so never tried. I still don't have to remove it but noticed it on a store and wondered if regular methods of rust removal would work. It looked like the substrate was sandstone or limestone from a distance but I didn't gett close enough to take a good look

I have tried so many things and I agree, One Restore is the only thing I have found to work on a variety of rust. Source of rust changes things so much obviously. For the Ox people, I wish I could figure out why I cant get Ox to clean rust. I have tried all sorts of dilution's and some have limited affect but usually just lightens concrete while the rust thumbs its nose?

My guess is the rust you are trying to remove from the concrete is from metal residue left by plows or shovels. The chems may remove some of the staining but the metal has to be removed to keep it away. Most of the time that has to be sand blasted to be removed from the concrete.

The irrigation rust is typically easy to remove with the oxalic acid or other types of acid like phosphoric...
