Heres just a couple of the roofs we did in The Placido Bayou neighborhood of St. Pete last week. Lots more scheduled in the next few weeks.

Great Roof Cleaning Job Jon.

Thanks again for your time today on the phone, are you planning on going to the Florida Event this year? I am going to try to make it.
 
Sweet. Nice job Jon. Placido Bayou in Saint Petersburg is a great neighborhood to work in. Last year we did over 60 roof cleaning jobs in there as well as house washes, driveway and walks and pool enclosures and decks. Its one of those nice hidden gated communities that try to keep everything pristine.

Of course, I have also cleaned some roofs in the Placido Bayou neighborhood of St. Pete. WE did those Condos in there, the ones with the Red/Orange Clay Tiles on them. As you know, Clay Tiles (especially older ones) bleed all over. It took a few rains to wash all the bleed off the parking lot. Since the Condos in the Placido Bayou neighborhood of St. Pete are right near the main entrance, many residents of Placido Bayou saw our 3 trucks we had back then, and approached our guys about cleaning their tile roofs.
As a rule, lately I pretty much stay over here on the Tampa side of the Bay. But I used to love cleaning roofs in the Placido Bayou neighborhood of St. Petersburg, mostly because there is a great BBQ Place near there!
I think it is called Fred Flemings BBQ Jon ?
Is it still there, does anyone know ?
 
Chris, Fred Flemming was on 4th street. Its no longer there.
 
Use to be a Fred Fleming on Gulf to Bay by Belcher in Clearwater too. It still there?? Best Barbq I ever had in the Tampa Bay Area was Big Tim's by Gibbs High School in St. Pete.

for the record I never cleaned a roof in Placido Bayou.
 
placido bayou roof cleaning has been berry berry good to me.
Has anyone elce performed roof cleaning on placido bayou roofs in the placido bayou neighborhood? Its very placid roofs in the bayou, on the roofs of placido. Chim chimeny,chimchim a roo.

That shows you how LONG ago we did those Condo's over there Larry.
