Ron, what kind of effect has hiring sales reps had for your company? I suppose you started out doing the selling yourself though, right?

Did base plus commission in the past. My guy in SW Michigan is setup on a salary plus % of net profit plus he drives a company van with fuel paid.

Started doing everything myself except accounting. Always have had a pro (expert )

Some don't realize how crucial having the right person do that. I'm not taking CPA

If you want to be a pro you must hire pros to do specific jobs. Makes a huge, huge difference. Most companies don't understand the word growth until they let go and hire people for positions they used to do themselves. Its a difference of gross sales and building your company instead of just making your daily rate. Have a plan and follow it. Power washing is a money machine if you run it correctly.
