Sealed Color stained concrete with grease film

Home owner says cooking grease leaked from a garbage bag on some of this but it's also a film covering a lot of it where the garbage wasn't drug. How would you go about this?

Id test some hydroxide degreaser in a small section. the area by the grass just looks like blushed sealer. See if its xylene..maybe you can reanimate and let the moisture escape. ..I use cobble cure to fix that stuff..if that doesnt work we strip it. Good luck looks like and acid stain thats some cool stuff.
