Service CEO

Russ is right.. Get a desk Calendar, and a date book.. And go to work..We use quickbooks for accounting but as far as scheduleing goes a calendar and a pencil is the best thing in the world.. As far as phone numbers go they are all in my laptop and also transfered to my cellphone..

Pencils are GREAT! ServiceCEO sent their software to us years ago - VERY expensive - badgered us for 2 years.

QuickBooks for accounting - QB Customer Manager for CMS and a desk calender "synced" with a white board calender on the wall for scheduling - GPS synced with Mapquest for routing. It's not so bad :)

I haven't looked at CEO in a few years, but worked with them a lot a while back (as they were trying to sell me the system).

One of the things I liked about it was the ability to add extra service to a job i.e. a Technician is out on a job and the customer requests a one time added service (clean this area next time, or change this part next time) and it would schedule it for that tech (most likely that tech sold it). Also the scheduling / Routing part of CEO was very good...

I'm not associated with Service CEO in any way,and don't use their product currently, but have looked into a lot of service programs over the years and for an off the shelf program, it's one of the cheaper, easier ones to use.
