Silver eagle

these are the units I have, bought my first on 9 years ago

I was looking at their boiler unit <TABLE cellPadding=4 width=640 border=1><TBODY><TR><TD noWrap width=123>1140 HDA</TD><TD noWrap align=right width=52>11 GPM</TD><TD noWrap width=24>4000 PSI

</TD><TD noWrap align=right width=131>1,100,000 BTU

</TD><TD noWrap align=right width=100>120v. AC</TD><TD noWrap align=right width=91>4,097.00</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Being that ALL of our hoses are 1/2 R2 hoses, we needed a coil that would allow the water to hit dry steam expansion.

The one thing that made us go with another manufacture was that Silver Eagle did not make or offer the boiler with a coil that uses 3/4 inch tubing. This was important to us due to the expansion of the steam within the boiler allowing the wet steam to reach "Dry Steam". 1/2 inch tubing limits this "Dry Steam" effect from happing due to less room in the coils for expansion.

However, the price is about half of that of a 3/4 inch tube coil. If you just wanted a good boiler without the dry steam issue, I would very much consider them. Their specs are very impressive and the pricing is good, especially for what you get.

And with all the posts so far, apparently their quality is just as good as their pricing.

Isnt that something, two guys in less than a few minutes have these machines.

very cool,

I have a 1996 model of their dual axel, 5gpm 4000psi hot water units. Their trailers are built to last. I just converted mine to gear drive last week and crammed a hot water skid on it also. I have seen Al's trailer and his is alot like mine.

they definately build some impressive stuff.... as far as pricing goes i think they are more than the rest of the stuff out there but i guess you get what you pay for ....i gave them a call once and got a price quote north of 25,000

I'm looking to sell My Two Propane Steel Eagle Burners and two Propane tanks. Who ever is interested there coming off my truck in a few weeks. I'm looking on getting aprox $3000 for the two Burners and tanks. Here are some pictures. You can hook Cold water Powerwasher to these burners by using quick connects. These are 12 volt burners.
