Simpson PowerShot (PS4000)?

Looking at an auction for what I'm pretty sure is a Simpson machine, with a 13 HP Honda and a direct-drive pump. At first I thought it was a TaskMaster (TM4000DD), but it could be a PowerShot. The label seems to be missing from the pump, so I'm not sure if it's a Simpson or a General.

I've found out a few things about Simpson equipment by searching here, but I'm wondering how good a deal this unit would be for under $300, including shipping.

If the engine runs good it's worth $300.
 
They claim it starts on the first pull. I like equipment that does that. VROOM! :D
