Here's the first thing, you will need to determine the drains and how the water escapes the Garage. Open Garages are vary different than Closed ones.

Haven't you read the posts? it's up to 30 cents now. A little bit more and it would be cheaper to resurface the whole thing in Italian marble.

I don't know how much it cost to clean but my neighbor owns a large commercial tile company that could probably tile the whole garage for 50 cents a foot
I think you clean it with a mop.

Forget that.... Get 8-10 cents a sq' & jump on it and then work your way up.

I'll teach garage cleaning when you teach coil cleaning.
If you are insinuating you need to be a garage cleaner to know how to comply with environmental laws you are mistaken.
I think I would be safe in assuming that there isn't a regulator in the country who has ever cleaned a garage, yet they teach it all time.
