awesome to be here, i love the idea of solar panel cleaning..wish i could get some around here without a buket truck;)

A wfp would be great for these. A few things to work out would be - are there water hooks ups there for making you water and you might need a lot of hose to reach the area unless there were a few water hook ups. Of course you could bring a 300 gallon IPC tank with your pure water already in it and use a small pump for pressure to solve those issues.
 
not a drop of water on site.... and about 64 acres of solar panels

2 sides to the farm, the big side has 100 rows 1/4 mile each
the small side has 120 rows 1/8 of a mile each

the farm makes 12 megawatts of power.

we have the maintenance contract untill 2018. we have already had some talks about cleaning the panels, but in their eyes if it does not increase power production why bother.
 
It would have to increase production. I'm always surprised by how much brighter a house gets after we clean the windows. Obviously for a solar panel that would translate to increased production. Not to mention the maintenance issue. We all know that neglected glass becomes damaged glass. It would be no different for solar panels and would again severely reduce production.

Yes there are 12600 posts total. it sucks but we can do it all in 2 days.

when we first got the contract it took 7 solid days.
 
the funny thing is I called and asked about cleaning the panels way before we got the mow contract...

i did so well on the house she wants driveway and back done now..question is downstreaming don't generally work that well at only 1.5% coming out, so i was thinkin to use pump up with store bleach that'd be at about 6% direct on it so i shouldn't have to use any surface cleaner or hardly pw'r a hose would rinse it huh now i know surface cleaner salesman would hate this soo i am asking no sales people..
