Is it possible to clean wooden privacy fence, concrete, and siding with Apple Cider? Is there any ill effects of using Apple cider, besides possibly killing plants if not tarped or watered before, during and after. What is the time frame, from applying the mixture to rising the mixture? And what is the cost of making the mixture?

I've tried it on a fence and concrete.The fence bleached almost instantly and the wood fuzzed up bad (my fence) and it didn't seem to do much on the concrete.
