Store front/commercial building wash advice

Hey Professors,

Looking for some advice on cleaning this commercial building. There's no mold, as we don't have mold issues in our dry climate. I'm mostly concerned about removing the dirt and lots of spider webs, which is not a big deal. On the panels under the store front windows at ground level, there's some oxidation or mineral stains I'd like to remove. I have to be concerned about damage to the canvas awnings as well.

So there are 4 different materials on this building. 5 including glass.
1.Stone
2.Painted Steel with some oxidation
3.Aluminum store front window frames
4.Canvas awnings
Not to mention the signage.

Has anyone ever used sodium percarbonate on a building wash? Or should I just downstream a surfactant, no bleach?

F9 Calcium and Efflorescence remover on the panels?

I'll be doing a soft wash of course. I really appreciate your input.
