We have done this property for around 5 years. The owners wanted a decrease in price but no decrease in service.

We decided to honor some additional areas twice a year and some arial windows they have as a complimentary service.

This center takes 41 man hours a month. We maintain pretty decent hourly rate.

They told us today they are going to accept our offer and stay.

We are forutunate in this economy that most of our customers are not pulling out completly but seeing if they can curve some of the overkill.

Same here. It is working out good for us as we have been fortunate enough to pick up one new grocery store, with one more in decision and 8 gas stations with 41 in decision and picked up 17 new restaurants.

Good job keeping them on Ron. Did you lower those prices at all or just add the complimentary service?

If they are solid groups very good, the restaurants I would watch close.

We have added them and found very slow pay. The fastfood was even slow and they have been packed.

Ron,

I see that you are charging .03/sf for the concrete. Is that your going rate for that many square feet? I am doing mostly residential and I get between .10 and .12 a square foot for flatwork. I am in the process of bidding an apartment complex with 28 buildings and its only the sidewalks.

Bag that video advice and stick it in the bank guys. Ron knows what he is talking about there..great stuff Ron!

Cut out maybe 30 seconds before end though..

ps- I don't get yer math though in mentioning 4500 ft... Job would have to be 70000 ft. every two week to get to $2100 every service or $4200 a mon. .. It also works out to $100 an hour or $54600 per year based on 52\2=26*$2100 services..Please clarify Ron.. :)
Now 21 hour at $142 an hour * 26 services does = $77532 a year so something of the figures is correct. wrks out to Ron's crew doing 3333.33 sq. ft. per hour.. :)

haha...didn't want it short. just seemed end was cut off.. :)

And mainly what I mean by listening to Ron is that its all about the reocurring aspects of regular service.. Money in the bank! I gave plenty of that up in other cleaning trades awhile back and regret plenty of it except for the time off and having a better schedule suitable to family life.

Ron look above my last post and clarify... the bid says it all but we really need ya to get the videos up to speed.,.haha :)

That is a nice center. Is that just for certain areas though? It seems like that center has more square footage than that.
