Suggestions for Garage floors at service station

I have landed a job to clean the garage floors of a service garage. It has the usual stains (oil, brake fluid, grease, brake dust, etc.). I am a fleet washer looking to help out my customer. Looking for advice regarding soaps and techniques.

Thanks for the suggestion. They are moving all of the equipment even the bolted down items. I am very fortunate for that. I put on my salesman hat and explained that in order to do the best job and at a reasonable price that would be the best thing to do, which it is.

We do dealership shop floors once a month. They move what they feel like and we work around the rest. They decide what is of huge importance and what isn't. From mechanics tool boxes to brake machines...We spray a degreaser using a sure-flow/26gal tank/ and a long range gun. Hot water is a must. Then squeegee. It can be done with cold, but takes longer and is not quite as effective. Wash the hoists, under benches, tire machines ...

Nice thing is they are done at night, and you can use the same equipment, and a different crew to add to your income. I'm in the process of getting more garages as there doesn't seem to be many guys chasing that ave at this point.
