Surface Cleaner Preference-Floater or Wheels

I have a Landa Cyclone surface cleaner. It has turned out to be a POS. I have spoke with Russ Johnson about a WW 16 inch floater. Who has the floater and how does is stack up to the larger 18-24 inch units with wheels. I have a hot water 5 @ 3500.
 
John, The rotary union leaks. I have replaced the union after only 40 hrs of use. The union on the cyclone is basically a brass swivel attached to a cold steel shaft without any bearings, nor any type of o-ring or seal. I put a new union on ($100.00), this week and right out of the box I was loosing over 1000 psi. When I spoke with the Landa factory tech., all he could say was that it was a bad design and that it is being discussed among the engineers. I have always liked the Landa PW and have owned two. However I will not purchase another thing from them until they attempt to make this right.
