Lori, post pictures of the Little Big Guy so that people can see what you are talking about and appreciate what value there is in that machine and the great idea of that light weight machine with the solid handle and tires.

You could steer it with a few fingers like a big guy but is great for the smaller gpm machines and will give you lots of years of great service.

This would be just like the Steel Eagle but lighter weight and cost a lot less.

No, If anyone has given you good service and you like the price call them. PWI as A whole does not suggest you do or do not buy from anyone you like. Opionions are just that!!!

When the box never reaches your house youare then billed double, called and cursed at, then promised a prize for being a loyal customer. The prize is never delivered though. Your best bet would be call a reputable dealer.

2nd I searched and found the threads. Hope it worked out for Lonnie.

3rd, I had talked to her and her dad a few months back about some parts for a pump. Rex was very detailed and patient with me. And the price was right. That was why I asked.

I have bought lots of stuff from PWP and still do...I have had nothing but great experiences with both Rex and Lori. Rex is a guru and Lori has always been most helpful.

I have to admit that I did not read through any of the drama as I generally avoid the Negative/BS threads because I come to this board to learn and grow my business.

I do not know either side and don't care to, I can only speak from personal experience.

You know I read the posts and I'm torn between the both sides.I don't know Lonnie and I've only used pwp once.I can say this I would not take a $2000 hit on someones word either.I would have to say this would have to run it's course with the insurance and ups and the cops before money would change hands.

I kinda understand not putting someones business in the street so to speak and not gettting into a bbs he said she said with a customer.I don't however understand the whole I gonna sue everyone response either.

This is as it's been said a great reminder why you use credit cards to buy stuff and not checks.Visa will fight for there money and have way more leverage than I do.

There will always be the ones that bash others, especially those that want to jump on the bandwagon when there is some drama happening, you will learn who those are in time and see if those are the little opinions that you want to even waste your time reading.

I have bought a lot of stuff from Lori and Rex and still do.

They are great people, they have great prices and they will help you all the time.

For the technical stuff, give Rex a call.

I have never bashed PWP and never will no matter what the circumstances. I don't bash people or Companies about Customer service issues.

We all can learn from past experiences and change. Its happened to me early on and it will happen again I'm sure at some point in my retirement.

Never pays to Bash your competition.
