Surface Washing Places Like Coffee Shops etc.

Anyone with and idea of what a person should charge for washing places like coffee shops, fast food places sidewalks and drive thru areas. etc. We have a Tim Hortins in our area and the boss wants to know what it would cost to clean this up.

What should i use to take a oil stain away from a cement driveway? anyone know?

A good degreaser will be necessary to make a real impact and speed up the job especially if you only have cold water equipment. If you need to brighten or whiten the surface use a product like Rust-Away which is an oxalic acid mix.

As far as cost goes figure how long it will take and what you need to make on the job to cover expenses and make it worthwhile. Frequency will also effect the price, the first cleaning might run the customer $400.00 but then you do it on a semiweekly on monthly basis and it drops to $300.00 (or whatever). Try and sell the regular maintenance to them but don't give the special price on the first wash that is the one that takes the most time. Plus there is no guarantee they won't change their mind after they get what they want.

I agree I did fast food lost good sum after owners showed up to 2 places so I did 2 out 6 gm said that he will call with rest of the dates never did I got tired calling him I said after 4 call that I will not bother anymore.
