The Grease Police 7 point inspection is not that hard once you get used to it. There are very big companies with very large job loads that are already doing it, and once you get used to it, it becomes as routine as wiping down the hood when you are done with the job.

I have not had a chance to talk with Russ, the BBS has decided with all the new orgs out not to allow any banners until they are approved.
the reason is that so many new orgs are forming and PWI has been around and has a track record were people look for advice and if someone see the logo and assumption of support can be misunderstood.
So for now if TGP could follow these directions that i have discussed with one of your associate people, Please reduce them down to the one ant has. your company name needs to also be present along with number.
Please, if you can follow this request we will see about TGP keeping the banner pressences.

No check required right now for membership, only applications and photos, and of course all of the required proofs of insurance.
Guys have been donating what they can based on their income, and the books are completely open for any member to view online. All of the money goes back in to the organization, and nobody is on the payroll as a management team or anything like that. All of the management is being done on a volunteer basis by our members.
Once we get going, and it starts to cost a little more, the membership fee will be strictly enforced, and anything that is left over at the end of the year goes back to the members in some shape or form.
Sales of the black magic have been discontinued, sorry you never got your sample. We originally were going to sell stuff to the members to raise money for the organization, to get it off the ground, but we have decided against it. That means the foamers and the chinese scrapers as well. There have been some very large contributions made by very generous members, so we have enough to sustain the organization until we need to start requiring dues.

Looks like they are already resized. No problem.
And if anyone is in doubt about it, I will officially say that we have the Grease Police never has received any kind of endorsement whatsoever from PWI, nor have we received any kind of support. I do not want anybody mislead in to thinking that PWI supports TGP or any of its members.

matt by allowing the logo displayed pwi is endorsing. truly if you don't want to give that then possibly you might want to remove it?

Done! I don't have any say over any of the other guys, so you are going to have handle them on a case by case basis like you would any other member, but from what I can see all of their sigs look good to me.
One question on the PWI endorsement: Does this apply to companies as well? I mean if a cleaning company displays their logo in their signature, does this mean that PWI endorses that company? I just want to make sure that the GP guys can still display their company logos in their signatures. Thanks.

I don't understand...I thought it was "our" signature. If there was a Grease Police banner in the upper right corner, that would be one thing. That would be an endorsement. Having something displayed in ones signature isn't an endorsement at all
