Just wanted to give a huge Thank You to Ron Musgraves, PWI, NCE and the great people here that have helped me learn what I needed to learn.

I had to take the leap of faith, do what needs to be done, learn about contracts and bidding, learning about filling out the paperwork, learning about insurance and more to be even considered to try to get the bigger jobs and contracts.

I was just awarded a great contract today (some of you know about it but I can't really talk about it here) and it is mostly because of what I learned here at PWI, at the NCE Round Tables and from talking to Ron Musgraves.

This greatly shortened the learning curve and saved me a lot of headaches, hassles and money wasted doing the wrong thing.

It just goes to show you that being a member here can help you earn more money, learn how to get the bigger jobs, learn how to do jobs better and more efficiently and how to be more professional.

There is probably some things that I am leaving out but not trying to purposely, just cannot remember everything all right now, this minute.

I know that there are a lot of people out there that say bad things about Ron but for those people out there that blindly believe that false information, you are walking away from over 25 years of knowledge, learning the hard way and great business sense. Do yourself the favor of learning about Ron, talking to him when you can and learn from him, he is doing a great thing by giving back to the industry with the PWI, NCE and his personal time and money by making a lot of these Round Tables happen.

Thanks Ron!

Thats great Chris!!!!

Like Ron or don't like him, no one I know has brought so many contractors together to help raise the bar of our industry. To help contractors learn better ways of building their businesses through networking, PWI, and NCE.

No one person or Org or whatever is larger than our Industry, but the success of a lot of contractors businesses have been a direct result Of Ron Musgraves.

Thanks Big Guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats Chris, wont be seeing you at anymore RT's in the next year now. You should really look into the idea of finding a dedicated person for this account as I have said numerous times. The only way for you to continue to grow your business is to stay infront of these people constantly almost to a point that your starting to see a trend in their clothing style.

GO PWI :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:

How is it going Chris?

We got rained out the first two weekends but this past weekend we got to wash the trucks.

It was a very long day and I was trying out different soaps to see which worked better but I still have a few more to try out.

The helper quit at hour number 9, said he can't do this type of work, he said he is 36 years old and that I should find an 18 year old guy to help me, I told him that I am 42 and just starting to get tired but have one more truck to finish.

To make a long story short, All the trucks were done, I have a system down now, just have to try out some soaps to see what works best on these type of trucks.

I need to see if there is a specially made brush for cleaning large rims so that part will go faster. A regular brush by hand takes a while when the stuff is caked on, maybe there is a better brush out there, I will start looking.

Since we got rained out, they want to add some trucks on Wednesday and 1 extra on Sunday until we get caught up, nothing wrong with that.

I wish they were not a net 30 but that is ok, I will be doing these every weekend for a year. I am very happy, tired but happy!

Thanks Ant.

How's business?

How's your marketing working for you?

I know what it is,,,I know what it is,,, LOL...Good job Chris! :thumbup2: :thumbup2:

I don't know what it is... I don't know what it is !!
Congratulations none the same...

You're good people & I'm sure that you'll do your level best so make your customer proud to do business with you.

Good job Chris. Hopefully after a good initial clean the trucks will get easier. 36 and a wimp! Remember Al G in NO is 56 and he cleans more trucks than anyone I know.

In fairness to your 36 yo ex-employee 9 hours straight of fleets is very tough. That's one reason the unemployment rate is so high. Good work ethics are rare.

I will always say that trucks are the most difficult aspect of pressure washing. Between the physical effort, the hours, and trying to please everyone, they can be a nightmare. If it is the account I am thinking about, congratulations.

Congratulations Chris,

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
