Those are the kinda of distributers that I remember and use multiple times, the ones that answer the tough questions and go the extra mile. It seems so simple but you find the opposite all the time and thats the quickest way to lose me as a customer! Thanks for sharing Ted, I'm keeping Southside Equipment in mind for future purchases.

My last few purchases and experiences with Russ Johnson and Southside Equipment have been absolutely extraordinary. I've been in sales for over 25 years and I know sales and service.
