A Huge Thank You goes out to Kory with K&J Pressure Washing. Kory recently landed a Concrete Cleaning job for a Townhouse community in Feather Sound/ Clearwater Florida. Kory has been loaded up with work lately and asked me if I would handle Cleaning all of the Concrete Sidewalks for him to help him get caught up a little. As luck would have it the Town homes are only about 3 minutes from my house. I was in a big hurry to get them Cleaned so I never took any before pictures but you can clearly see the difference between the parking pads and the walkways. Looks good Larry. Always great to get a referral from someone like Kory!!!

I just asked Mike Barrett of Barrett's Pressure Washing to partner up with me on a large job involving a lift (since I have never used a lift before). We put in the estimate earlier this week and I sure hope we get it. It would be great to work with someone like Mike on a project. This joint deal may happen because we met up at the Tampa roundtable!!!

I hope that works out for you David. Mike is a great guy. I wished some of us all lived closer. We could lock this town down. LOL :smile:

Thanks guys! One of the biggest points I was trying to make here was that one of the most valuable things we learn here on these BB's and from RT's is networking. It's kinda like the old saying. " Can't we all just get along". Networking Does work! :thumbup2:

Thanks Lori. I do believe strongly in karma. I just need Karma to move its butt a little faster. Hahaha! The bills, they are a waiting! :cray:LOL...

Thanks again for giving me Lori number. Got a great price on 1/2 inch 200ft of hose, and now will be looking for a hose reel for it.

The tennis court came out good, but next time will be using the surflow pump with roof mix.

See what happens? You do a great job and it's never enough. Now they want more. Property managers are just never satisfied. Hahaha! :sarcastic: Your welcome Kory. I was just glad I could help out. More work! :woot: Just let me know when! These $99.00 jobs sure come in handy when It's slow. LOL... :killingme: Thanks again!

Its always green here. BTW... Those concrete pads and walkways could use another cleaning. Went by last week and took a peek. Kory,,, make a call. ((hint, hint)... lol
