The board is back up but we lost all previous information . We need everyone to reregister so we can start the rebuilding process. The hurricane had a devistating effect for all of us with this loss. There is no way to recoupe what we lost but we are on the long journey back. Thanks,
 
Steven I'm sorry to hear that everything was lost. With all of the info sharing on your board it should bounce right back.
 
i havent been over there lately............Steve, were you ever able to recover any of the previous data? Or did you really have to start all over again?

My understanding was they had back up then. Unfortunately, the backup servers were in the same location as the main servers and the building got flooded and ruined all the equipment.
 
You are right on, Ron. I spent 8 years as an IT Auditor in my previous life. That was rule #1! If you are not backing up to an off-site location, you must at least rotate tapes, disks, etc. to an off-site location.

Oh well, you live and learn.
 
Glenn. I have not heard what he's up to......Maybe someone that knows him can get him back posting here....?

Steve is doing well. He came up to Everett's roundtable meeting early this year.
 
Glenn is no longer a part of The Cleaner Network. Steve is doing great - just saw him in August at a round table in Raleigh, NC. Did a really interesting demo with some new product he has for concrete.

Glenn's site is still up and he's actively marketing more stuff now, chemicals, machines etc..Don't ever see him around any boards though.
