For a favor for a friend here and also making a few bucks in my pocket we did all week a 80 unit condo complex with the pool house and walkways included. I promised to have it started on Monday and finish up on Friday which we did. Friday started at 7am and since we went off to do a strip mall out of state for this friend afterwords. That night we start we started at midnight because of traffic and didnt get back home until 8am Saturday. Got to whore for the money when its out there. I paid my 3 guys for the first job pretty well and then I took 2 guys to do the night job. My main guy Got paid $700 for the 24 hour day and my second guy got $400 and the 3rd guy I paid $13/hr to so he got $140 for the Condo job. I didn't make much on the second job but all in all 14 grand for the week was not to shabby. I never powerwashed except I sure had to fix alot of Equipment along the way.

This is what I like to do best. As I get older I want to stay out in the field with my guys and Kathy can do all the office work. I will never get rich like this but this is what I want to do. I also parnter up with other companies and finish off some jobs for others. Where doing a building soon that would make the Condo King salivate. I'll post pics of that soon. I will also show the trick of making a 2 man Powerwasher keep the same pressure no matter if one guy is using a soap tip and another guy is using a 15 degree tip. I will show this here on PWI....as soon as I perfect it. Stay tuned on that one. Enjoy the pictures and its nice we can plan nice again:happydance::happydance:

Great job John, hope you are not too tired after all that.

Are they playing bumper sweeper? lol

You lost me at 80 units in a week.

It was 14 buildings that had around 6 homes in each which they call Units. Nice area and this is the 4th-5th time we cleaned them over the years. There Board is great because we get very minimal complaints from them if any and on top of that they agreed to my terms the last couple of years which is to pay Half up front and the other half the day we complete the job which they did.

I lost and also gave up on some larger jobs if they don't meet me somewhere close to what our payment agreement is. Without counting some regular Commercial store fronts we do which never pay right away the other jobs including parking garages I will no longer take full payment afterwords. If they don't give me half up front or at least close to that I no longer do them. To many companies with money problems and I've been burnt because of that including one big one that went belly-up.

Smart thinking i got burnt last year lady never paid went to the court house to file claim they looked up and said oh you cant do that here you have to go to where the property owner lives as they smiled. The lady lives in California her name is Deega Omar if anybody comes in contact with her watch out.Hey John is that an iron horse skid you have there 12v or 115v any trouble yet?? Whats the specs on it?

Hal, were you going to file a lien on the property?

If so, I would think that you could file a lien on the property even if the owner lives out of state but maybe I am wrong.

If this is true, could you have a friend that lives in that state file a lien for you without you being there? If so, our network of contractors here could be very helpful in many different ways.

Man i never thought of that but Nc has some very strange laws when it comes to contractors and work stuff.Seems like the only time that any collecting gets done here its the IRS.

115 volts. Its the second one I had over the years. The first one was a Vertical Burner which I bought from Paul Kassandra. Both were 115 volts since I don't like to use 12V burners(To many problems yrs ago with a Hydrotek 12v Hot water PW with battery and burner issues). The specs on this burner are up to 12gpm @ 4000psi. So far so good. The lights are pretty cool on it and so far with no problems I'm happy I purchased this burner.

John,
Are those pics off Paramus Place?

I like my epec hot box mine is 12 volts i think they have came along way in the technology of the 12 volts. The lights are neat when i am washing at night it lights up the inside of my box truck pretty cool.

Nice!! I should be getting a check any day now John. Hope we do these a few times a year.

No problem Jimbo. If it wasnt for the traffic and the hellish long day it was worth it. What you see on that flabed truck has been modified again. Hose reals are now under the truck. I'm in my creative mode and when the guys come back I tinker. I have this monster rig in my head but there are so many variables that it takes for ever to get to where I want to go to. I'll post pics soon as this truck forever changes.

Awesome! We are allways changing stuff around to better our production.
