So we've been very busy this week. We did almost 40,000sqft in roofs. Its the most we've ever done in a single week. Here's a couple of the pictures. The hotel was one we've been trying to get for about 4 months. I will have the after picture on a the house next week sometime cause we're going back for a house wash. It was just under 8000sqft, and we rolled out in just over 5 hours.

Tile roof cleaning Jersey Village TX

Here are a couple we did on Wednesday. We went out for one, and then the neighbor came out and asked us to do his, because the HOA was sending out letters for it. They were almost the exact same house. We were in and out in about 4 hours total for both.

the house is 8000 sf or the roof? That house looks to me to be about 15000 - 18000 sf.

The tax records say the whole house is 7800 sqft. But most of the house isnt 2 story, it just looks like it. Its more like a 1 1/2 story, and it just has really high cielings.

Tax records mean little to nothing a lot of times. The assessors had the sf of my old house off by about 4,000 sf

I guess I should say, what would that house sell for IN A NORMAL ECONOMY

Are the tericatta hoofs popular in TX? I thought that was mostly out west. I love the tericatta roofs

Way to go Scott. Thats a great week for sure! Nice doing the big ones instead of a bunch of little ones for the same $$ or in most cases for less $$.

What would a house like that sell for out there? about 1.2?

Thats actually exactly right. He just bought it for just over $1.2. They are not as common as shingle roofs, but we are turning to them more, I think because of the storms.

I always do a measurement before the job, just do double check the taxes, and they've never been off.

Right, well the 2 small ones we made just over 1100 for both and they took 4 hours. The big one took 5 hours and we made double that. I love huge jobs.

Sounds like you don't need to go to Iraq after all.
