Tony Shelton & Russ Spence

You have to much time on your hands Tony LOL were going to have to get you a few jobs :D

It's summertime here and we have to work between 10pm and 10am to keep from frying. Starting last November I went back to working on most jobs to cut back on labor costs. (I still refuse to do any of our residential work, a guy's got to draw the line somewhere :).

I'm like you, I'm too old for this. But you gotta do what you gotta do. I just can't seem to get used to working nights this time around and my sleep is all messed up.

Scott, that you buy that machine we are giving away in SC

Thats is me on the right. I wish I could have gotten into the pressure hose roll off. I would have won!!

I know how it is Tony, It took me a while to figure out what hours to sleep and now I have it dialed in so it works for me. It is not easy but when you get it figured out and the body clock figures it out then it becomes easier.

Ill sleep in shifts. Get up around 9 am, take care of the business side of the business. Stay up till about 7 or 8 pm, nap till around 10 or 11. Work the night, back to bed about 5 or 6 am. Another thing that helped is putting tin foil on the bedroom windows, keeps it dark. Im single so theres nobody to bitch about it.

Back in the day  I used foil to keep out the Aliens that were trying to get inside my brain.
