What do you do in that situation? Clean around them?

Is that an Employee on Break :D

I have two Walgreens I clean and one is downtown and Man I see it all on that site and I mean all, crazy stuff all the time. They are a 24 hour store and it brings Hookers and more in every night.

I didn't see anything but a speed bump there.

I have been at 24hr locations that were being robbed, as we were doing our service.

We were also in the middle of a shoot out at one in Lakeland FL while we were cleaning.

I guess this is a problem that is nation wide with 24hr locations!!

When we run across homeless taking up residence on the floor @ locations we are cleaning, we normally can get them to move. But if they refuse 8gpm makes for a huge rain fall!!

Lock & Load!!

Usually in that kind of situation if you have the trailer close enough, the engine is enough to wake them up, I tell them that I am cleaning the area and don't want to get them wet.

Yes but you just straight up tell them your gonna wash this so they have to leave now..end of story. No need for move word usually as if said with inflection it not taken well by some...LOL. Machine running with water coming out or seeing you hookup should be enough fair warning for them to hit the road but some can be slow. You have the right to do your work and they have no right to be there loitering on private property. They don't move upon your nice order you get 24 hour manager out there, call police, or wash right up to them. No way no how they not gonna get soaked though. Ya could offer that tid bit to them if they were to give lip...lol. Have delt with this junk plenty in office cleaning trade and the slower they are to move the more likely they to listen to stern now type orders unless they a group of partying ones. The sleepers though are just dumb like that and is part of why they out there in first place. Half the time ya don't even see their face as they slink away.

I'm sure they would appreciate a hot water shower for a change.

I'll bet a $1 burger form McD's would go a long way for both of your situations. Don't forget Jesus slept on the edge of towns in ratty clothes too!

Trust me these people down here are not looking for food. They no where to get all the free hand out's they need.

They are out door's for a reason, and most of the Vagrants around here are arrogant, drunks who are a drag on the society.

Just ask one of those bums with the signs that say will work for food? I have, they tell me they just want money they cant work!!

I am not saying that this is the case for all, but i would say that it's true for most.

My wife just bought one a meal at the Mcdonald's drive-thru. He was asking for food. She told him she would meet him around the other side. When she handed him the bag he looked in it and said "where's the money" She said, I thought you said you needed food". He threw the food on the ground and said I told you b*tch I need money!

And by the way, there are a lot of references to beggars in the Bible. If Jesus fit in that category it would seem that at least one of his adversaries would have brought that up in their condemnation of him. There's no comparison to a crazy drunk and Jesus.

Amen to that Brother Tony!!

We bought BK for a guy several weeks ago when the temps here were hanging in the mid 20's at night. He asked me for change and I rarely carry cash so I asked if he was hungry. He said he was so I told him to wait and I would bring the food to him.
We dropped off the food and slipped around the block to see if he would eat it or trash it.He was chowing down like a man eating his last meal.
We do get our fair share of people asking for money that clearly have nothing more than a need for a drug fix and I send them packing.
I will spend my last dollar to help someone if they are hungry, but they will die of withdrawls if they think I will give them cash for drugs or alcohol.
