Truck stop cleaning

Anyone got imput on cleaning small roadside truckstop. Lady wants diesel pad (25x25)......gas feul pad (25x50) and surrounding asphalt cleaned.....just of surface stains...very greasy and dirty......no epa regulations, please..and no equipment needs to be posted...just pricing..first time cleaning......."maybe a monthly contract involved,"not sure.

I do a few gas stations every couple of weeks... First thing, you gotta run heat and the hotter the better!

I presoak the entire pad with a liquid degreaser (my own recipe) and then set some powder on the tough spots and touch with the broom for a few strokes. Keep it wet for about ten minutes then hit it with about 200+ water. I like using the surface cleaner the first time and every couple of months after that.

I always charge a first time price anymore and tell them they will have it knocked off on the next cleaning if they go under a contract... I want my customers under contract and most of them have no problem with it. As for price I would run a first time cleaning at .10 a sq ft or more... You do not have a very large area to clean there. Watch the heat on the asphalt, you will want to drop it back to 150 or less.
