Absoloutely.
Because of Ronald Regan the communitst empire fell. No other reason. He stood up did what was right and history has and will prove him correct. If he had been presedent on 9-11 there would be a large glass crater with a welcome to Afghanistan sign at the edge of it in central asia.
I think his best written speech was the one after the shuttle disatster but these two speeches truely changed the world.
