Udor pumps

The link shows the model number as GD 8.0/22-S

8.0 gpm, 2200 psi, 1750 rpm

Ron,
I use the UDOR GKC 30/20S. It is rated for 8gpm @ 3000psi. The pump works fine at lower psi, just adjust the unloader to set the pressure. You w ill never kill that pump working at half its rating, it is a beast. Blaine got me a screaming deal on them through him.
Call with any questions,
Mike

Do you have any pics of this beast working? I was really interested in the udor set-up but backed off and went with an air driven G57 1-10gpm. I would like something with more vertical reach.

What tip size you running mike? If you just using the unloader to get your desired pressure you may not be flowing 8 GPM.I don't think your gonna get 1800 out of the 16 hp. 1500 psi is going to be about it, and you will need a 15 tip(.094).I would put that tip in there and then turn the unloader up to see how much pressure you have and then turn it down till right when the pressure drops a little, and then make sure it's not spiking too much, and run it.

Jared,
This machine will blow away the G57. Since your in NJ, come on up to check them out if you want.... They are beasts, I dont have any action photos.

I run a #15 tip, they flow well. I like them very much. I would use a smaller engine if I could solve the gas tank size dilemma with the 13 hp motors.

That is something to think about, maybe Russ J., Jerry at Sirocco or Paul K. have a solution to the small tank problem of the 13hp engines. Maybe an electric fuel pump?

Maybe elevate a larger tank so it is higher than the machine to replace the small tank like on a shelf, remove the small tank and run the hose from the larger tank right to the 13hp carb?
