Ultimate Washer Customer Service

If it was me, I would post this on all the boards out there to see if anyone knows them so they can help you out.

That is very poor service, I don't think that I would buy from them because of that right there.

Sometimes it is better to stick with the well-known suppliers that are very well known for the great customer service both before and after the sale like Bob at PressureTek, Paul at Mobiclean, Russ at Southside Equipment, Mark at EasyClean Systems, etc....

You go and try one of those companies that nobody has heard of then you never know.

You can always lookup the BE main website and talk to them about your situation, maybe they can help.

Just a FYI, when I need my swivels rebuilt, I mail them to Bob at PressureTek and it will be back within 2 weeks but that is because it takes forever with the mail or UPS.
 
Had the same problem with the swivel but only after 30 minutes!! Also, the casters on the BE18" have not operated properly since new. One of the casters hits the side of the cleaner and will not turn around completely (never has) and the so called bearings lasted about 1 hour. I have found new casters from another company.
 
That is one of MANY reasons that I do not like that brand of equipment. I have known more people that have had problems with their stuff than people that have had good luck.

also mosmatic swivels cost $24 and I have the same ones from almost 4 yrs ago. They are awesome.... I have them on 4 triggers/wands and serface cleaners
actually what Ed sent off to them was a "rotary union" , the swivels you are speaking of are a whole different thing
