I cleaned a 7 year old shingle roof Monday and 12.5 would not remove all the dark stains. As a matter of fact, it removed very little of the stains. The house sits under several large, old, oak trees and the roof was very stained. I even dumped pure 12.5/dawn on some of the bad areas and it didn't lighted them much at all. Eventually, I had to use some pressure to clean the roof. The chlorine was fresh and slick and strong. But it didn't work.
What gives!
