Using different nozzle size to change PSI

Looking at this chart http://www.dultmeier.com/literature/nozzle-volume-pressure.asp it appears I can use a different nozzle size to affect the PSI. Assuming I want to match a nozzle size for my 5.5 gpm unit for 100 PSI according to the chart the closest to the 5.5 gpms would either be a 30 (4.70 gpms?) or 40 (6.3 gpms?).

Am I reading this correct?
If so, are there any issues with using a nozzle which restricts to 4.7 gpms or allows for 6.3 gpms since my machine is a 5.5 gpm?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

With the #30 you'll have a little more than 100 psi, with the #40, a little less. Your machine gpms will not change, still 5.5.
