What is my best option for isolating vibration on this? Do I need to isolate the alternator too or just the motor?

Theres a rubber grommet that installs under the engine to dampen the vibration. They come standard on the cold water units from anywhere.

Russ or Paul could get better ones but this gives you an idea.
