You have to be invited by a manager. Once you are invited then you will go through a 4 week process. They will then require you to fill in an app online and you need proof of business insurance, auto insurance, business license and workmans comp. You will also have to sign a scope of work that basically states you will have meet all their requirements as well as any federal and local water waste laws.
