My 12 year old Tucker was in Charleston last weeek for the Global World Series with his travel baseball team. He is a coaches dream as a quality utility player and hitter playing shortstop, catcher and pitcher and holding a .280 batting average.
His team lost by 3 point in the championship game and he had 3 run homer in the last inning to close the gap from 6 points to 3.

I'm hoping he'll take baseball a little farther than I did.
I played catcher from 5 years old to 20 and did 6 months in minor leagues before getting home sick and left it.I started playing open A softball after that and played just about every weekend until I was 35.Then my body started to break and I made the gradual progression to industrial league then co-ed.I retired 2 yrs a go due to a bad achilles tendon.
My boy is already a better hitter @ 12 than I was at 17.I'm hoping he will remember me when he goes pro.

Way to go Tucker, you should be proud Scott!!!

Bro I am SUPER proud...... all 3 of my kids are talented in their chosen sports. My girls will tell you cheerleading is a sport and I agree after watching them twist and flip like tigger.

Tucker also hold his own on the football field. He's pretty aggressive...not sure where he gets that from
